I empower others by sharing simple, yet powerful techniques that anyone can use to connect with plants and build  their own home apothecary.

I currently offer a variety of services and quality products to support your personal health and wellbeing journey. I am located on the Lower Sunshine Coast. BC and can ship medicines to anywhere in Canada.

If you are interested in having a session, I offer in person courses locally on the Sunshine Coast, Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and online courses accessible to anyone in the world.
